Over the years we have design-developed,sourced materials, and done specialty production for several custom products for the operations of Antarctica Logistics including tent components, windscreens, flags, and many other specialized projects.

This particular project is the latest round of Thermarest Neoaire mattress covers  that we produced in 2025.

The Neo aire mattress is incredibly comfy with both foam and inflatable portions, however there are no after market, form fitting, fitted sheets for the product.

The mattress does come with an original removable cover, however it is less than ideal, and attracts lint and dirt easily. A.L needed a more functional, comfortable, washable, as well as durable new fitted cover-sheet.

We designed developed, made patterns, and sourced materials and fabrics, as well as executed all cutting and sewing for the new fitted cover-sheet product.

The fitted cover-sheet is comfy and durable 4 ply Nylon Taslan, plus other narrow goods and closure buckles. We have produced hundreds of covers in our S.L.C. design shop over the years, as more were needed, and some taken out of circulation after a long and interesting life at the South Pole.
