From Utah with love.
UCS was created in 2015 when founder, Evan Glassman, moved to Utah and couldn’t find a professional soft goods design firm that could help him with his project.
He pivoted from focusing on his product to helping other entrepreneurs and businesses with theirs. UCS has grown over the years to a multi-service soft goods design agency that leverages its contacts, experience, and talented designers to offer consistently excellent results for its clients.
The team today is talented, experienced, and diverse. We are multilingual and have knowledge and skills from international schools of design.

Meet Our Team
Alberto
Alberto is our production lead. He has vast sewing experiences, ranging over decades. His technical skills, knowledge of materials, and production assets ensures a steady and high quality work cycle.
Evan
Evan has over 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary design and production with clients including the Chicago Cubs, CTA, Meow Wolf, Rockwell Group, Dell Computers, Sarcos Robotics, and many more.
Ruth
Ruths’ constant flow of ideas and her incredible experience in the design field contributes greatly to the realization and implementation of the design process.
Thabea
Thabea is a very talented young designer from Hamburg, Germany; helping in all facets in our business.
